Yes. We review the current setup, rebuild it on managed infrastructure, configure Compose, reverse proxy, SSL and monitoring, then cut over with a rollback plan.
How much RAM does Magento 2 actually need?
It depends on catalogue size, traffic, and whether Redis and OpenSearch sit on the same box. We size it against your store rather than sell you a tier.
Do you configure NGINX, PHP, Redis and OpenSearch for us?
Yes. That is the point of managed. Setup, tuning and ongoing maintenance sit inside the managed scope.
What is included, and what counts as a scoped project?
Secure build, monitoring, backups, OS patching, configuration help and named engineering support are included. Migrations, multi-server builds and consultancy are scoped separately, and we publish which is which.
Should the database be on a separate server?
Often yes, once contention or growth becomes the limit. We tell you when it is worth the change rather than upselling it by default.
How often should a production server be backed up?
Frequently enough that the worst-case data loss is acceptable to the business, and tested so a restore is proven rather than assumed.
Do we get access to a named engineer?
Yes. You deal with the same experienced people who built your infrastructure, not a rotating first-line queue.
